A Highly Efficient Powertrain for Its Size of Qashqai

Under its hood, the Qashqai has a 2.0 L 4-cylinder engine that delivers 141 horsepower and 147 lb-ft of torque. Miranda Lightstone said, of this engine:

"It can seem like it's not much, especially considering the fact that the outgoing model made 141 horsepower. That being said, it's more than enough for a vehicle of this size."

What you'll find even more interesting is that this powertrain won't break the bank at the pump. In fact, the Nissan Qashqai offers a combined fuel consumption that's as low as 8.0 L/100 km.
